REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made on https://asianherbco.com.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Missing items
• Expired products

All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products
• Perishable items
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Products without original packaging


4. Return Process

• Customer must provide clear unboxing video
• Product images are mandatory
• Vendor verification is required
• Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.


6. Vendor Responsibility

Asian Herb operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Refunds and replacements depend on vendor verification and approval. We act only as a mediator.


7. Cancellation by Asian Herb

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment failure
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

A full refund will be processed in such cases.
